Q: How do I get into the bookshop?

  • Simply click on the Reach Out and Read bookshop.
  • It will ask you to enter your email. 
  • You will be sent a 6 digit code to sign in.
  • If you are the main contact on file for your clinic you will gain access immediately and you may begin to shop.
  • If you get an error message that means we do not have your email on file. If you are the main contact, or if the main contact needs to change, please go to the top of the website and submit the update clinic request form or click here .
  • We will update your info within 24 hours.
  • Once this is updated you will be able to shop.

Q: How do I order books?

Once you are logged in, select the books you like, add them to your cart, and check out - it's that simple! Make sure to include the correct shipping address and any other special shipping instructions in the order notes at check out!

Q: How many books may I order?

  • Each clinic has been assigned their clinic allowance. This has been predetermined by Reach Out and Read based on your needs. If you feel there has been a mistake in your allowance, please contact us or email ROR@servingbooks.com and we will look into this for you.

  • Your allowance has been pre-set in the system. When you click on a book your allowance will show on each page as you shop. This is the total allowance you have been allocated. You will also see your remaining balance to know exactly how many books you have left to order. 

  • All books are FREE with your book allowance. 

Q: What is a book allowance?

A book allowance is an automatic credit to your account. It allows you to select any book and check out for FREE. Yes! shipping included too.  As you shop, your balance will be automatically deducted at checkout. 

Q: How do I know when I have used up my allowance?

The system will automatically deduct the books from your allowance after each check out. You will always see your starting allowance and your remaining balance right on every product page.

You will only be able to order the number of books you have been allocated. The system will not let you check out if you have more than your allowance in the cart.

Q: How can I check what I have ordered in the past?

Please make sure you are logged in. Go to your profile and click orders and you will be able to see your entire order history. 

Q: Do you have books in different languages?

Yes! We continue to build out our bilingual books. Currently we have books in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Dari, Pashto, Lingala and Chinese. Please let us know if you require additional languages and we will make sure to keep an eye out for the ones you need. Let us know what you are looking for - contact us.

Q: Are all books in stock?

YES! All books are in stock and ready to ship. You will get what you order. You will see what is in stock for every products. Books with under 100 pieces will show the actual number left in stock. For anything over 100 pieces in stock it will say more than 100 in stock. Books that are sold out will not be able to be added to your cart. 

Q: How quickly will books ship?

Orders typically ship within 2 weeks of placing your order.

Q: Can I still order books that say sold out?

Once a title is sold out it will no longer be available. But please let us know if it is a book you really love and we will do our best to restock when we replenish our assortment. contact us Make sure to place your orders early while supplies last!
